The staff was friendly and helpful. Great location in Pinheiros. Good value for a casual overnight stay. Very clean rooms with cute vanity kits.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is close to the Faria Lima metro station and provides easy access to transportation. there are restaurants and pharmacies nearby, making it convenient for guests to find everything they need within a short walking distance. The rooms are new and well-maintained, offering a clean and comfortable stay for guests. The bathroom is also clean and well-equipped, ensuring a pleasant experience during the stay.
There were some noise issues during the stay, which affected the quality of sleep. Noise from the street as well as from the corridor, such as door slamming and people talking, could be heard in the room.

The beds were comfortable and clean, perfect for a good night's sleep. The layout of the rooms allowed for privacy, great for families. The breakfast had good quality options. The location was convenient for transportation. Staff was helpful.

I had the most comfortable and cleanest bed ever! The hotel rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with the option of having separate bedrooms for added privacy. It was perfect for my family, as my daughters could sleep in one room while my wife and I enjoyed a peaceful night's rest in the other. The cleanliness of this hotel is commendable, surpassing even some of the four-star hotels I've stayed in during my travels in Brazil. The staff, although not fluent in English, were friendly and always willing to assist.
